In the role of a Mechatronics Engineer, your responsibilitieswill encompass the design, development, and upkeep of automated systems andmachinery utilized in our 3D printing operations. Collaborating with across-functional team, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency,dependability, and quality of our 3D printing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop and design mechatronic systems that enhance the performance of 3D printers, including automation systems, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- System Integration: Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components to create cohesive and functional automated systems.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with 3D printing machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Prototyping: Design and prototype custom tools, fixtures, and components to improve the capabilities of 3D printing operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, mechanical engineers, and production teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, procedures, and maintenance logs.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the reliability and precision of printed parts.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes comply with safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechatronics, automation, or a related field.
- Experience in 3D printing or additive manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with PLC programming, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
- Knowledge of robotics, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies, materials, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail, especially in designing and implementing precise and reliable systems.
- Experience with industrial automation systems preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Understanding of machine learning or AI applications in manufacturing.

Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
