A highly experienced Country Risk any compliance Manager with extensive experience gained from a background in Security & Safety, investigations and political education, Uses Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis, audits, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement with a focus on asset protection, profit, and shrinkage improvement. This role guides Stores Management on all loss prevention or asset protection topicsEnterprise Risk Management. (ERM) – Responsible for the Risk Assessment preparation and aligned to the Country and MAF-R strategy.
Overall responsibility to create and implement Loss Prevention solutions and programs through a combination of applications, including data analysis, audits, training programs, and supporting the investigations.
Develop and maintain the Loss Prevention department-approved budget.
Identifying and implementing opportunities, good practices, corporate initiatives, plans, and programs that result in the reduction of shrinkage.
Act as the expert on all store systems related to asset movement that can cause profit loss. Examples include; POS systems, inventory management, cash management, and operational policies.
Act as the expert on all physical security programs and processes. Examples include; Alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control,intruder Alarm, EAS and MPS (Maximum Protection System).
Involved in the security outsourcing or other loss prevention agents' evaluation and final disposition.
Identify high-risk activities and address the effective CAPA through proper Root cause Analysis.
Design, maintain, and improve the operation audit program to identify business risks.
Partners with Store GMs to ensure maximum collaboration to reduce losses and shrinkage.
Decision on Audits and Data Analysis outcomes (e.g. process deficiencies, fraud, or others) for further required action and proper escalation.
Design and maintain the loss prevention monthly/yearly reporting and trending.
Ensure having the right team, capability, and training to achieve the department's strategy and objective.
Develop a program to define the required Qualitative and Quantitate data analysis that identifies the business risks, abnormal activities, and behaviors.
Address effective action plans to improve process deficiencies identified by the Data Analyses section.
Define and strengthen the link between the Data Analyses section outcomes and the LP auditors in order to effectively assess and identify the business risks.
Respond to critical incidents, such as catastrophic events, violent weather, or civil disorders.
In charge of all kinds of investigations (Ethics, Fraud... etc.) with a legal background.
AML – Anti Money Laundry, and third parties’ due diligence security screening.
