Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Deborah Annie Mercy with 6.5 years of experience in Mainframe Testing. In my previous role, I was responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of the Softwares for which i was involved in End to End system integration testing. 

I successfully handled various tasks, including sending and uploading testing data to the client system, preparing defect tickets and reports, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects, databases and any open tickets. I also took charge of preparing reports for pending tasks, planning and controlling vacation schedules and attendance. 

Additionally, I excelled in updating the daily status report of my Project as a support for administrative requirements. I effectively coordinated with my manager to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. My dedication to maintaining quality and standards has been recognized by my previous employers, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of commitment and professionalism to your organization.
