Conduct employee training. Conduct open enrollment and other benefits-related programs as
needed.
• Distributing tasks to employees and helping to improve work. Follow up with the team developers
in order to deliver the work on time. Report/solve problems that arise during works.
• Schedules and organizes appointments
• Takes minutes during departmental meetings
• Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases,
and other related employment matters.
• Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.
• Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Prepare and review routine and non-routine correspondence such as memo, letters emails and other
correspondence as required.
• Receives, sorts and distributes mail.
• Creates and maintains filing system.
• Data input on Human Resource Information System pertaining employee relations functions.
Explain to the customer about our product and marketing of the product or service of the company -
Follow-up with customers until the completion of the deal. Follow up with clients until all their
requirements are completed.
• Dealing with Microsoft programs (excel, word, PowerPoint, …) and making presentations
• Monitoring customer opinions through Social Communication
• Monitoring product statuses through the Dashboard.
• The ability to communicate the customer's idea and requests to employees and programmers.
• Working as a gatekeeper for an organization's data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to
make strategic business decisions.
• Informing the manager of the latest developments o Knowing the target audience and having online
communications and analysis skills to identify engagement opportunities.
• Report problems and change requests by continuous updates to the team leader and developers.
