Hello, myname is Denial Abnes, and I’m excited to introduce myself.

I haveover 14 years of leadership experience in the hospitality and restaurantindustry, working across Kuwait, the UAE, Canada, and India. Throughout mycareer, I’ve had the privilege of managing diverse teams, running successfulrestaurant operations, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Whatdrives me most is building strong teams—because when people feel motivated andsupported, they deliver the kind of service that keeps guests coming back.Along the way, I’ve also developed expertise in budgeting, food costing, andstreamlining operations to improve both efficiency and profitability.

In myrecent role as Restaurant Manager in Kuwait, I focused on delivering consistentquality, controlling costs, and designing strategies that boosted customersatisfaction and sales. Whether it’s launching promotions, training staff, orhandling operations behind the scenes, I take pride in being hands-on andresults-driven.
