Prepare monthly summary of held product.
Verify that product conform to finished product specification to assure quality and food safety. Coordinates non-conformances with QA in-line/ or other department for corrective actions.
Report quality and food safety issues and any potential or actual emergency situation to immediate superior or authorized person.
Identify need for specifications updates and reconciliation of inspection methods and procedures
Identify improvement areas in the in-line inspection system
Checked and ensure timely requisition of supplies to maintain sufficient working inventory.
