· Inspect the displayed food using artisticcreativity and garnishes
· Trains, develops and motivates food serviceworkers to meet and exceed established food
preparationstandards on a consistent basis
· Provide guidance and direction to subordinates,including setting performance standards

· Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guestservice, operational needs and financial
