My name is Bassel Alkhatib from Damascus, Syria 38 yrs of age.

I have my professional experience for about 15 years as a Marketing Manager including Market Research Customer Acquisition, Campaigns and Promotions, Customer Service Management, People Management, Area Management, Competitor Analysis, Sales Management, Call Center and Complaints Center Management, Social Media Handling, Search Engine Optimization Handling, Feasibility Studies, etc. 

I have a Master’s Degree (MBA) from the Swiss Business School, Dubai with a score of 3.6 out of 4.0, along with a Bachelor of Arts major in Marketing from the Arab European University.
