Job Description
Hair Stylist Duties:
■ Provide hair care services, including cutting, washing, blow-drying, coloring, chemical, curling, and other styling services.
■ Make sales and recommendations to clients regarding hair products and treatments.
■ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in regard to workstations, tools, and equipment.
■ Provide haircuts for men, women, and children of all ages.
■ Build relationships with clients with exceptional customer service, including consulting with clients to understand their hair preferences.
■ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and hair products to ensure the highest quality of service.
■ Manage client appointments and ensure a timely workflow.
■ Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming salon environment.
Nail Tech Duties:
■ Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylics, and nail art.
■ Provide hand and foot massages to promote relaxation.
■ Upsell products or add-on services based on clients' preferences and nail care routines.
■ Communicate effectively with clients, explaining the procedures, techniques, and follow-up self-care for nails.
■ Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of spa area, equipment, and supplies, including properly sterilizing tools, according to all state, local, and company standards.
■ Collaborate with the salon team to ensure efficient and smooth salon operations.
■ Adhere to salon policies and procedures.
Lash Tech Duties:
■ Preparing work areas for each client
■ Performing a thorough client consultation
■ Applying eyelash extensions safely and precisely
■ Communicating constantly to make sure the clients
■ Following salon hygiene procedures
■ Instructing clients on aftercare and recommending products
